		While Atul kept innovating and re-inventing himself, his attention was drawn to the contrasting stagnation that seemed to ail the Marathi Drama circle. Having spent some years in fashion photography, the ignorance and fashion-naïveté of 'his own' people struck him all the more strongly. The wish to inspire a new glamour in this talented group took firm root; and Atul stepped into Marathi Filmdom armed with glamour make-ups, costumes, hairstyles, and tattooes... and the rest, as they say, is photographic history! 1 | 2
